If you sign up for text messages, The Selma Barn, LLC will text you about your repairs, orders, quotes, pickup and delivery, and appointment reminders. We collect your mobile phone number for texting only with your consent, and we keep a record of that consent. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to any message to opt out, or reply HELP for help.
We do not sell, rent or share your mobile phone number or your text-message opt-in data and consent with any third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties, excluding aggregators and providers of the text message services. We do not use your mobile phone number to send marketing or promotional text messages.
Sharing of other information
We do not sell your personal information. We share it only with service providers who help us run the business (for example, payment processors, our shop management software, accounting and bookkeeping providers, and delivery carriers), and only as needed for them to do that work. We may also disclose information if required by law or to protect our rights. This sharing never includes your mobile phone number or text-message consent, which are handled as described in the Text Messaging section above.

You may ask us to correct or delete your information, or to stop contacting you, by calling or emailing us at the contact details below. Reply STOP to any text to stop text messages. Reply HELP for help. Please note that we may need to keep certain records for legal reasons.
Children's privacy
Our website and services are not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their information.
