1. Drop off your equipment

Bring your equipment to our Selma location, or call ahead to schedule a time that works for you. When you drop off, tell us what's going on — what happened, what it sounds like, when it stopped working right, or anything you noticed before the problem started. 

2. We diagnose the issue

Once we have your equipment and your notes on what happened, our techs dig in to find the real problem — not just the easy guess. We check it thoroughly before any repair, so you're not paying to fix the wrong thing.

3. You set the limit

When you drop off, you'll authorize a repair amount up front. Anything at or under that amount, we go ahead and complete the work — no extra call needed. Anything over that amount, we call you before doing anything further. You stay in control of what you spend, with no surprises on the bill.

4. We call you when it's ready for pickup

Once the repair is done, we'll let you know it's ready to go. Or skip the return trip. Ask about our low-cost delivery option, and we'll bring your equipment back to you, running and ready — no extra stop on your end.
